All orders within the US are shipped via Fedex with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 5-7 business days from the time the order was placed too receive order you must order before 3pm for delivery too go out same day. Packages shipped to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS allow product too take up to 5-7 business days. During sales and promotions processing time may take up to 10 business days for orders to process. Processing time for custom wigs may take up too 25 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. All orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

All sales are FINAL once purchase is made, there are no refunds allowed you will be offered store credit. All order processing begins soon as an order is submitted. Order modifications are not permitted after and order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations please make sure all information submitted is correclty revise and reviewed and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Customers are advised to complete exchange requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for store credit. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, brushed, washed, worn, cut, colored, or altered in any way!
